We created this store because my husband as a rare disease that involves cavernous angiomas or cavernomas for short. These are a clusters of abnormal, thin-walled blood vessels shaped like a raspberry, usually found in the brain. My husband has an extremely rare case where a cavernoma has grown on his optic nerve deep in the brain near the hypothalamus, causing him to lose his eye sight. He will need to have surgery at this point to have a chance to keep his eye sight, but success rate can very. Whatever purchases, big or small, will go towards my husbands surgery and the financial stresses that come with our awaited life changes. We are looking beyond the sight and finding the positive.
